Typing here today before my journal writing…[Weird Wonderful Wednesday]

Tomorrow is another thumbs up mentality-driven day. Tomorrow is not-so-Thirsty Thursday. Everyday I do my best at staying positive. Honestly suggest this to anyone on this earth that has at one time been a negative Nancy or a negative Ned. This is today my positive about how I used to be negative. Some one could call this a testimony sort of a cloud writing from my brain. It is in a way yes…stomping is beneath from swarms of kids. Not sure how, but oh well…that is…another apartment. I heard the guy that taught me this went back to drugs. That I hope he squashed by now. Nonetheless I have not stopped just about everyday to journal in someway for about 3 years now. I’ll admit I may have missed certain days, but never a complete week. At one time I thought it was a joke to attack everyday to how the roads depicted moods. I sure don’t recommend it, even though I said them with smile back then…it didn’t help. Moody Monday, Terrible Tuesday, Worse Wednesday, Thirsty Thursday, Fudge this Friday, Sick Saturday, Sicker Sunday. This eventually graduated to Marvelous Monday, Terrific Tricky Tuesday, Weird Wonderful Wednesday, Thirsty Thursday, Fearless Fun Friday, Sativa Saturday, Sunny Sunday. Some days might change, but always are positive affirmations for the day after waking. I suggest waking up and journaling your name for your day then three things you are grateful for. Laws of attraction I copied everyday for about a year. Mindset works if done from repetition is true. It will change you for the positive. 240 pounds or just a little more was the most I ever weighed in my life. I was just under 30 at 29 at the time. I made the conscious decision to walk, cut out soda, and continue to walk, and or run everyday to the point where if I worked out but took days off the least I would do is at least stretching and lots of crunches. Now as of 34 I am down to 200 pounds with my clothes on. About 198-199 with not. I just feel it is a mindset to be whatever it is you choose to be. If you want to lose weight, then exercise, and do it every day. Cut out soda, do crunches up to 25 or walk everyday for an hour, and if you are like me when you put on music you would probably graduate to run really fast or slow depending on the tempo of the song you are on. Eventually just eating right become the lifestyle change, and cheat meals and once a week or so sweets eating is just what feels right for life. I am only getting older, and body will thank me times ten from what I put in my body. After all I read and watch on animal cruelty plus my professional wrestling interest in wrestler Ryback’s nutritional supplement company, it inspires me to do more vegan choices. That and no genetically modified organisms, or GMOS at all costs. A gallon of water a day is an attempt but not always met, and coffee. Bang energy drinks here lately to stay awake I’ll be honest. Pomegranate juice from POM wonderful is great for the heart. I dilute it with water when I drink it because of how tart 100% pomegranate juice is. I am just saying with the right foods our immune system gets built up and can fight this “corona virus” with your system stronger I sure would like to believe. Eat the vegetables. I have been eating baby carrots dipping in ranch and dill dressing as a snack here lately, and also non GMO Two Good yogurt. Have a weird wonderful Wednesday everyone! Eating strawberries as I’m ending this. Stay positive. Posting back tomorrow 2:00.
